1. Introduction

Welcome to SodaLife, a live streaming platform operated by Flyntrix Labs, India. By downloading, registering, or using SodaLife, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users — Viewers and Broadcasters. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SodaLife. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. SodaLife reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Account & Registration

You can register using your Google or Apple account. During registration, you must provide a valid WhatsApp number.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your credentials with anyone. SodaLife may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits

Credits are SodaLife's in-app currency used to access live streams, book shows, and start private sessions with broadcasters.

• Credits can be purchased through the SodaLife app (Google Play / Apple App Store) or via the SodaLife WhatsApp bot. The expiry date is shown at the time of purchase regardless of which channel you use.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where a broadcaster cancels a scheduled show — in which case credits are automatically returned to your account within 24 hours.
• Credits have no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• SodaLife reserves the right to adjust credit pricing at any time.

5. Payments & Billing

Credits can be purchased through two channels:

• In-app purchase — via Google Play or the Apple App Store. SodaLife does not store your payment details; all transactions are handled by the respective app store.
• WhatsApp bot — via the official SodaLife WhatsApp bot. Payment methods available through the bot are shown at the time of purchase.

There are no automatic renewals. All transactions are final subject to the show cancellation policy in Section 4. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

6. Broadcaster Earnings

Broadcasters earn through rooms (per verified active minute), scheduled shows (ticket revenue), and private sessions (chat, audio, video calls).

• Earnings accumulate in your broadcaster balance and can be withdrawn once the minimum threshold is reached.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days to your linked payment account.
• Your earning percentage depends on your broadcaster tier (Probation or Standard) and is shown clearly in the app.
• SodaLife may withhold or reverse earnings in cases of fraud, policy violations, or disputed sessions.
• Broadcasters are independent contractors, not employees of SodaLife or Flyntrix Labs.

7. Broadcaster Obligations

As a broadcaster on SodaLife, you agree to:

• Complete identity verification before going live for the first time.
• Provide a valid, unique WhatsApp number. One WhatsApp number per broadcaster account.
• Stream for the minimum required hours to qualify for guaranteed base pay.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant streaming environment at all times.
• Not accept payments from viewers outside the SodaLife platform.
• Not operate multiple broadcaster accounts.

8. Escrow & Dispute Resolution

Viewer credits are held in escrow during live sessions and show bookings. If a broadcaster cancels a scheduled show, viewer credits are automatically refunded within 24 hours. For other disputes, users can raise a complaint through Help & Support in the app. SodaLife's decision is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats of any kind.
• Sexually explicit or obscene content.
• Impersonating another person, broadcaster, or SodaLife staff.
• Fraud, fake engagement, or manipulating platform systems.
• Registering more than one account or sharing accounts.
• Using another person's WhatsApp number to register or verify an account.
• Soliciting payments or contact outside of the SodaLife platform.
• Any activity that violates applicable Indian law.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any pending earnings or credits.

10. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create on SodaLife. By streaming or posting, you grant SodaLife a non-exclusive licence to display, transmit, and moderate that content. SodaLife's name, logo, technology, and design are the intellectual property of Flyntrix Labs.

11. Privacy

Your use of SodaLife is governed by our Privacy Policy. SodaLife uses Firebase and Flyntrix Labs infrastructure to store and process data securely. Your WhatsApp number is used solely for account verification and will not be shared with other users or third parties without your consent. Contact support@sodalife.app for data requests.

12. Platform Availability

SodaLife is currently in Early Access. Features may change, be added, or be removed. SodaLife does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for any loss caused by downtime or technical issues.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SodaLife and Flyntrix Labs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SodaLife in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Changes to These Terms

SodaLife may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified via the app. Continued use of SodaLife after changes are notified means you accept the updated Terms.
